I've been trying to come up with a semi-coherent review of Batman Earth One. Here it is: It showed some promise, but it was flushed somewhere in the middle of the book. Too many story threads in a less than 150 pg book.

The final thought is this was Geoff Johns' Batman movie reboot script and not his retelling of a classic character's origin in comic book form.

Peter Panzerfaust - I'm really enjoying it. It's a re-imagining of Peter Pan set in Nazi occupied Europe during WWII. It's not super violent or graphic but it's more adult oriented. It's only 5 issues in so it wouldn't be hard to catch up on the series.
