Avatar was a fucking visual rollercoaster and in that regard it was amazing. Jaw dropping holy shit dem graphics and 3D sick.
But the acting, story, script....not really much to praise it for in that regard.
Okay, you guys are right...Avatar totally sucked balls...and the people that bought over two billion dollars worth of tickets must have been delusional or possessed by Eywa.
I happily bought a ticket and don't regret it. For a visual treat it was worth every dollar. I assume most people felt the same way and it did deserve to sell over 2 billion dollars worth of tickets.
Could I sit through it again? Hell no. Rides over, not so fun a second time. While I was watching it the 1st time I knew damn well it was an unoriginal story, pretty shallow, lame acting, etc.....but I ignored all that and enjoyed the visuals. I can't do that a second time. I popped the Blu Ray in just too see how pretty it looked and it did look great, but I watched maybe 20 minutes just out of curiousity and that was that.
1.5 million Pet Rocks were sold in the mid-70s.
By Kinect's logic, this makes the Pet Rock the greatest toy ever sold.
I LOVE Pet Rocks!
You take that back you bastard!
Oh, you have enough energy to post that, eh?
Avatar is splender to my eyes, lucky am I to only gaze upon it one time. Enough for a lifetime.
