What movies have you seen recently? The Prequel

    Trainspotting: Directors Cut.

    10/10

Humorous, disturbing, energetic and original. A new classic IMO.

I can't say which is a better drug movie: Trainspotting or Requiem for a Dream. I guess Requiem gets arthouse props for the score and stuff, but the movie makes me want to slit my wrists. Trainspotting is fun as hell to watch, and still delivers the message. There is some disturbing stuff in there though. Like the dead baby crawling on the ceiling.

    Get Carter - 6/10

Brainless action, like no brain. The story was meh. It had a couple good car chases though. There should of been more shots of Stallone & his brother bonding before eveything started. Rourke was the reason I gave it a 6 instead of a 5.

    The Ugly Truth - 8.5/10

Surprisingly good. This ain't your momma's love movie. Parts of this movie are raunchy. Gerard actually pulled off a good American accent in this. Don't be fooled by the commercials, this isn't just another chick flick. There's plenty of jokes in there for guys.
