I'm 100% being trolled by apple now:

The playback screen appears spartan at first glance — there's the basic forward, back, and play / pause controls, as well as buttons that skip ahead 30 seconds and skip back 10 seconds. However, tapping on the podcast artwork reveals a classically Apple skeuomorphic design of a tape deck playing back the podcast, along with buttons to speed up or slow down the playback rate. There's also a standard progress bar you can drag, a button for sharing the podcast via email, iMessage, or Twitter. The app even syncs your playback position between devices — so if you start an episode on your iPad and want to finish on your iPhone, the Podcasts app should have you covered.

I'm hoping to get a 4S as my next phone and upgrade it when the iPhone 5skin comes out. Annoying but I am sooo fed up of my phone now it's unreal.

On the way to my first day at my new job three Mondays ago I had to whip my phone out so I could follow the directions as it's an unfamiliar town to me. It was absolutely pissing it down. Torrential rain. I have no cover for my phone and water was interfering with the touch screen. Doesn't help that my GPS isn't all that quick to lock on.

So I had to keep finding where I am and typing in directions. Took about 5 minutes of angry tapping to get my location and directions all sorted out - again.

Next day after charging my phone, it was fucked. End call button doesn't work. Menu, back, home and answer call button... they all now act as the end call button. Although the home key does go home. Volume rocker up & down don't change volume. Well that's a slight lie. If I press up, the volume will either go up one level then back down, or just down a level. Same with the volume down key.

When on any screen, all of the buttons bar the end call button bring up the options for sound on/off, airplane mode on/off, screenshot, reboot & power off. What I do to get to the actual home screen is press one of those touch screen buttons. Normally reboot then cancel.

TL;DR I need a new fucking phone and will probably get a 4S.

[EDIT]Oh yeah... If I switch my phone off then plug it in, or switch it off whilst it's plugged in, it will switch itself back on. I charge my phone by hooking it into my 360 which is right next to my bed and when the phone switches on, it decides to switch the 360 on as well.

Alright so my new Incipio Le Deux case got here today. Had no real issues with reception like many reviews.

However, it gives just about zero protection. I expected slightly more from the bumper piece but after holding the phone with this case, I decided that it only made my phone heavier and more prone to dropping and breaking. The smoke/black looked good but no appearance was going to convince me to keep it.

I know we all drop our phones at some point in its 2 year lifetime. I might as have some protection. I already have 2 cheap thin silicone cases ($2 each), an otterbox impact ($20), and a cheap tpu case ($5). I'll just stick with the otterbox.
