Not a big deal to me really, pretty much expected. I'll get all those characters on the Vita version. Not to mention that Capcom already stated they aren't releasing a "Super" version of this game, so these characters will all be DLC. So I guess you miss out on a badass fighting game if that pisses you off, which it shouldn't because there is still plenty of content and you can just download the characters you actually want when the DLC is released.
