2012 XBLA Summer of Arcade

The first two Summer of Arcades were the best. Thanks to Microsoft making it harder for Indie devs to release their games on XBLA (think Team Meat) and stringent rules like the one where if you don't release the XBLA version first or on day 1 you can't release it at all, it's been a shit platform, besides Trials, Fez and Minecraft. But here is this years SoA offerings! A lot of good Indie games have been launching on Steam and PSN.

July 18: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, 1200 MS Points ($15)
July 25: Wreckateer, 800 MS Points ($10)
August 1: Deadlight, 1200 MS Points ($15)
August 8: Hybrid, 1200 MS Points ($15)
August 15: Dust: An Elysian Tail, 1200 MS Points ($15)

I'll at least be grabbing Tony Hawks Pro Skater HD (PSN) and Dust: An Elysian Tail, will most likely grab Hybrid.

Will get Dust despite my interest not being what it was a billion years ago when it was first revealed as an Indie. The hell has taken so long?

Tony Hawk will be PSN even if it doesn't show up on PSN until later.
