I didn't expect many people to take part anyway. lol, I don't think many realize it expands out further than just a spiritual or religious belief system and you don't have to become a monk to use whatever elements excite you. To be able to see a temple in person, would be pretty breath-taking and especially to get to see the Dalai himself would be an incredible experience. I wouldn't miss it, myself. Thank's for the suggestion. I have a few I need to finish. If you're at all into the spiritual aspect of Buddhism, I'd recommend 'The Tibetan Book of the Dead.' It's an interesting take on (peaceful & wrathful) deities and traveling between death and life (the Bardo.) Or you could just watch the Leonard Cohen narrated video on You-Tube...
