The house has no trouble staying warm in the winter, even when it's well below freezing. We can turn the heat on for an hour or 2 and then leave it off most of the day. Leave it off all night every night all winter, and usually even have a window open in the bedroom.
Double paned windows, insulation checked out on inspection and seems fine, etc.

If your house is 20 degrees hotter inside than the ambient air temperature, you have an insulation or insulation related problem.
It's pretty simple.

Since my phone is no longer usable, i filed a insurance claim, they no longer carry my phone so for the 99$ fee they charge im getting an incredible 2.
upgraded phone half the price. cool.
