I prefer rotini and shells to fettuccine. And I like to blend cheeses(Parm, Mozz, ramano, and extra asiago).

Ugh Alfredo sauce is too much for me. Hell most of the time I'm just using olive oil as my sauce.

I love all pasta except angel hair. Fuck that nasty ass shit. Worst texture ever. All slimy and shit.
Angel hair pasta is the only food I'm a snob about. I'm not usually picky but it's my one weakness in that regard. A girl invited me to her place for dinner and she made spaghetti with angel hair pasta and I literally had to apologize cause I couldn't eat it. She thought I was nuts and the pickiest person ever. I tried to explain to her that I eat everything and love all pasta and most foods, but I just can't handle angel hair.
Couldn't talk my way out of it though. She thought it was weird and way picky, as I'm sure many of you do![]()
