Japan has a 'self defence force'. There were restrictions placed on Japan following WWII to prevent remilitarisation... but things have come a long way since then.

You mean when they attacked us because of OUR actions, and then we nuked the fuck out of them, killing up to 246,000 people, mostly civilians?
